There is a do-it-yourself version of the freezer bag meals available online. Go to www.savingdinner.com and check our the Freezer menus. Most of the menus provide the shopping list, recipes and suggested sides for the meals. You can buy 5 meals at a time, or a full 20. You can choose the assemble them all at once or a few at a time.
