		<description><![CDATA[I think it would be a good idea if a small farmers union of some sort or any organization where farmers who make under $250,000 a year could ban together as business subcontractors somehow and sell their wares together as a group. they could also reap the bennifits this organization could offer as an employer standard and be able to get CPP bennifits, Unemployment Insurance if needed, health care and subsidies. If the issue of them not being active enough in the government&#039;s eyes is holding them back from being accountable enough, then they should have a union of their own to be able to thrive off. I think this wold help boost local economies, local land sharing ideas and create a co-op for them to become a more viable and stable source of food and jobs for local people.]]></description>
