Baby & Kids Clothing Product Review – Sewfunky Bonnets
There aren’t a lot of things that I instantly fall in love with when it comes to kids gear. I like to pick things up and give them some time to grow on me. But, I’ve had a moment.
Actually, I had the moment a while ago. But, with schedules and the craziness of daily life, it wasn’t until this weekend when I could fully commit to this loveliness. There I was at Market Day in downtown Courtenay and I just had to get one. Quinn became the proud new wearer of a Sewfunky bonnet.

I could not love these gorgeous, handmade sun hats more. The best part is that the wee one has realized that this hat is super comfy AND looks super cute on her and it is the only hat she’ll let me put on her head now.
I saw these for the first time last summer and – being only 6 months pregnant and not knowing boy or girl – so I waited to get one. Then, I got so busy I forgot about them. I don’t actually know how that was possible because the second I saw them at the Podlings booth on Saturday I had stars in my eyes.
I love Sewfunky for its great patterns and old-skool sweetness. It’s all about modern homemade goodness and I can’t wait to order more from the collection.
You can pick up Sewfunky at Podlings in Courtenay and online at sewfunky.ca. Canadian-made goodness that will make your heart sing.
