It is the standing policy at Our Big Earth Media Co. that we NEVER take money for any of the people, products, crafts, recipes or other family gems we write about here on a daily basis.

Our mission is all about empowering families and inspiring communities, which means we work hard to support the community of parents, entrepreneurial spirit and sense of adventure locally as well as globally. So, when we recommend anything on site, it’s because we’ve test driven it and totally love it.

You will always know the difference because paid advertising will never appear in the body of a story. You will never see a link in a story that we’ve been paid to plug in.

It is also the policy of Our Big Earth Media Co. that advertisers are hand picked by staff to reflect the core values of our company including but not limited to a focus on sustainability, creativity, social responsibility, literacy, healthy living and supporting local family-run businesses.
