Jocie Ingram is an avid naturalist with a passion for birds, botany, and all living things. Jocie studied botany at UBC, but much of her knowledge of natural history was passed down from her parents, both biologists and skilled naturalists. Jocie returned to the Valley in 2004, where she now lives with her family.
She writes our fantastically family-focused Nature Journal column that is all about hands-on learning and experiencing the outdoors with your kids. You can read her monthly in our OUT AND ABOUT Feature Section or follow her RSS Feed
