THE FIT FAMILY
After busting their butts in the office for the last year, Robin and Ken are spending this next year (from Oct. 1, 2009 to Sept. 30, 2010) rediscovering their Family Fitness with the help of Comox Valley fitness expert and mom Rhonda Parker.
Twice a month we’ll be on site updating you on our progress as we strive to get in shape, collectively lose 100 pounds and learn how to prioritize caring for ourselves physically and mentally in the midst of busy work and life schedules.
